Opposites Attract

Finding the perfect piece of STAINED GLASS was a tad tricky, as I wanted it to evoke a general sense of antiquity rather than anything specifically religious. I also knew from the start that the window panel would be adjacent to a freestanding antique PILLAR FROM INDIA, so you can see why this particular piece was the clear winner.

Hanging from an unexpectedly RUSTIC ARBOR, it sets the tone perfectly: this is a yard where unlikely pairings abound. You’ve entered a MAGICAL PLACE seeped in fantasy and manufactured history where you are just as likely to find Buddha as you are Jesus.
